Products and intended use

Our current desk fidgets are designed for adults. Read each product page for the intended audience, dimensions, materials, package contents, and use instructions before ordering. Food-inspired designs are not edible. Use products for their described purpose and follow the applicable product instructions.

Layer lines are a characteristic of 3D printing. Product photographs and your screen settings may affect how colors appear. These characteristics do not remove our responsibility for a faulty product, shipping damage, an incorrect item, or a material difference from the product description. Please contact us if there is a problem.

Prices, payment, and orders

Product prices and the currency are displayed on the website. Available shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment. Please review the items, quantity, delivery address, and order total carefully. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be authorized to use the payment method you choose.

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. If we cannot fulfill an order, or discover a material pricing or product-description error, we will contact you to explain the issue and the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the payment.

Preparation and delivery

Shipping destinations, preparation information, delivery estimates, carrier restrictions, and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Carrier transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance and are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Please contact us promptly if the delivery address needs correcting or a shipment is delayed.

Cancellation, returns, and refunds

If you wish to cancel or change an order, email ben@yaomaker.com as soon as possible, preferably before shipment. We will confirm whether the request can be completed. A cancellation or change request is not confirmed until we reply; an order that has already shipped may need to follow the return process.

Our Return and Refund Policy provides a 30-day period after delivery to request personal-reason returns for unused items in good condition. Buyers cover return shipping for those returns. For verified quality issues, damage, or incorrect items, we cover the costs of resolving the issue and arrange a refund or replacement. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and the correct receiving address. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Website use and intellectual property

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person's information. Website text, photographs, branding, and other content belong to Yao Maker or the relevant rights holder. Viewing the website or buying a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights.
