Shipping destinations

Our current shipping options serve the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses are excluded. Some postal codes or addresses may be outside the carrier service area; please use our contact form if you are unsure about your address.

Order preparation and dispatch

We ship from Hangzhou, China. Regular orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. If a product requires a different preparation time, that time will be stated on its product page before purchase. We will contact you if an unexpected delay affects your order.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays at our fulfillment location. Order preparation time is additional to the carrier transit estimates below.

Shipping options and rates

Available shipping options and rates appear at checkout and depend on the total shipping weight.

Shipping charges for orders with a total shipping weight below 200 g are calculated using the minimum 200 g rate. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

• Economy Tracked: estimated carrier transit of 6-12 business days.
• Standard Tracked: estimated carrier transit of 5-8 business days.

Tracking is included. Transit estimates begin after carrier acceptance and exclude order preparation time. Transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Free shipping

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$55.00 or more after product discounts qualify for free tracked shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Taxes and shipping do not count toward the threshold. Carrier service-area restrictions still apply.

DDP delivery and import charges

Our U.S. orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Yao Maker covers applicable import duties, additional import tariffs, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges. These import charges are not added separately to your checkout total, and you should not need to pay them again when your parcel is delivered.

If a carrier requests an import-duty or customs-clearance payment, contact ben@yaomaker.com with your order number and the payment notice before paying. We will coordinate with the carrier and resolve covered import charges at our expense. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is separate and is calculated and displayed at checkout when we are required to collect it.
