Who are these designed for?
Our current desk fidgets are designed for adults. Check each product page for its intended audience, specifications, and use instructions.
Are food-inspired designs edible?
No. Food-inspired designs are objects for fidget play and are not food.
Why can I see lines on the surface?
Layer lines are a characteristic of 3D printing. Please review the close-up product photos for the finish of each design.
Where do I find dimensions and included items?
Check the specifications and package contents on each product page before choosing.
Do you offer a discount?
We currently offer 10% off all retail products, applied automatically in the cart and at checkout. No discount code is required. Shipping is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free shipping. This offer currently has no scheduled end date.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Spend US$55.00 or more on merchandise after product discounts to receive free tracked shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. Taxes and shipping do not count toward this amount. Carrier service-area restrictions still apply. Please read our shipping policy for full details.
Will I pay import duties on delivery?
Our U.S. orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Yao Maker covers applicable import duties, additional import tariffs, import taxes, and customs-clearance charges. These import charges are not added separately to your checkout total, and you should not need to pay them again when your parcel is delivered.
If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, contact ben@yaomaker.com with your order number and the notice before paying. We will coordinate with the carrier and resolve covered import charges at our expense. Applicable U.S. sales tax is separate and is displayed at checkout when we are required to collect it.
